I am not sure how to describe the results, but when finished, the tops of the cupcake produce a sugary tender crust that tastes very similar to angel food cake! In conclusion, this recipe will give you a cross between a vanilla cupcake texture, with an added delight of light and fluffy angel food cake taste.
