Grilled Pork Chops Rub

Juicy and delicious! Very interesting, strong taste and the rub seemed to seal in the moisture. I used thick boneless pork chops because that's all that was available, marinated for 3 hours and the end result was juicy and flavorful.

Loved this recipe. Where can I find one of those? Cheesy Potatoes Recipe. I have never made a pork chop that i liked, every time i put one on the grill i just knew it would suck and it did.

I am going to lie to people and tell them this is my recipe! Used smoked paprika instead of regular and honey instead of sugar for this and it turned out amazing. Making them again today!

I marinated for about 6 hours. They are good but I don't think the rub does much for flavor. We overcooked the chops a little but still good. Not a WOW recipe however. I made the sauce from another recipe from Food Network: Spice Rubbed Grill Pork Chops. This was amazing. Used hot smoked paprika because that's what was on hand.

I was looking for a recipe that wouldn't take much time to make, or be very complicated. I used smoked paprika, and that gave the chops a very distinct flavor.

This dish is great for an easy weeknight dinner. Not sure why any one wouldn't like this rub. Used it on ribs, tasted great! I suppose this must be a love it or hate it recipe. I hated it. I found the flavors so offensive that I took one bite and was done.

I made it exactly as described. Everyone including the non pork lovers really liked this recipe despite being made with quite thin chops. I used some chipotle chile powder which added some smokey flavor. Quick easy and delicious. This rub is just "eh". Not offensive, yet not particularly palatable.

Deffinately not good enough to make ever again. AMAZING!!! Who knew that pork chops could be so quick, easy and tastey on the grill! This recipe is awesome and I get rave reviews when we make it for friends over for a BBQ. Highly highly recommend!

Loved this recipe. I cut the paprika down to 1. A keeper! decent recipe, but pairing it with a swill wine like coppola is blasphemy. Apothic red blend or a Bogle petite syrah.

Not a huge pork chop fan but I love them using this recipe. Very disappointed in this recipe. It was spicy but not in a good way. Overpowering taste of paprika. Would never make them again. This was outstanding.

Had a friend over to eat and she loved it too. Made it exactly as recipe called for except using brown sugar. I am the first one who gave one fork to this recipe. I am not sure why because I didn't change anything. I wonder if I put too much rub on the meat because I didn't have any leftover. This recipe was really easy and really good. I made 5 pork chops and the recipe generates a lot of rub, so I only used a portion of it.

Will definitely make again (with my leftover rub). I only used 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne and my husband wished they were hotter, so I will up it to the 1/2 teaspoon next time. THE ultimate grilled.
